食堂もちやかた — Restaurant in Murayama

この間遅めのランチに行ってきました。ここでは、バリエーション豊かな味付けでお餅が食べれたり、おこわ定食を楽しめます。 仲間と行って鳥五目おこわ定食とチーズいそべを頼み、他の人が頼んだグラタンやドリアもいただきました。 定食はとてもやさしくて小鉢も嬉しく、汁物、デザートも付いているし、素材の味が良く作り手の愛情を感じました。 チーズいそべも美味、普通チーズものは、チーズで味が凌駕してしまうところ、ここの餅は負けずにチーズを利用して旨味を増していて、帰りにそこのおもちを買って帰り、後日家でもチーズいそべをしましたが、やはり餅の味が優勢でした。

またゲストハウスや地元の情報が乗ったパンフレットが置いてあったり、駄菓子も置いてあって子供だけでも遊びに来れるようになっています。

I enjoyed late lunch few weeks ago, there you can enjoy various testes of Mochi(sticky rice cake) or and Okowa(sticky rice bowl) plate. I visited with friends and share some plates and mochi like Torigomoku(chicken and some veges mixed rice), gratin, kinda pilaf and cheese Isobe Mochi. Every plates has small bowls, soup and even sweets are made of good ingredients with chef’s love energy. Cheese taste is usually conquered by cheese but this special mochi even uses cheese to enhance its taste! I bought that mochi( they made and packed to sell) and cook it at home and was tasty as there.
