The rye breads here are the best. Especially the cranberry noir. I could eat it everyday. The flavor of the dough is strong but not overpowering and the tartness of the cranberries is perfect.

11月28日 ★★★★★→★★★★★ 初めての来店... 寒くて雨だったからか... 珍しくパンが残っていました。 いつものパン.オ.フルーツと... 初めてのレーズンパンとバゲット 薪の香り？いい香りがしました。 雰囲気も良いですね☺️ 11月3日 ★★★★★ 売り切れ御免のお店です。 こちらに引っ越してきた時に色々なパン屋さんを回りました。 私達は都内でも？通用すると思っております。 食べるのは基本ハード系。 (菓子パンはほとんど買いません。) どれも美味しいと思うのですが... 一番の好みはパン.オ.フルーツです。 今日は売り切れでしたが... あれば必ず買います。 これだけのフルーツが入ってこの価格はかなりお得です。 久しぶりに食パンが買えたのでラッキーだったかもしれません。 私はお店に一回も行ったことはありませんが、パンだけは良く食べております。 間違いないでしょう♪

【100km車を走らせても行きたいパン屋さん】 田んぼの景色の中にポツンとある小さなパン屋さん。 あまりのおいしさに千葉に住んでた時に行きつけになり、引っ越した今でも120km車を走らせて通ってしまう、自分史上1番のパン屋さん。 甘い系、カレー系、季節系いろいろあるけど全て「パン」そのものがおいしい。 石窯で焼き上げられ、丁寧さとパンへの情熱を感じる作品たちです。 店員さんもいつも丁寧に心配りまでしてくださり、店内でのおしゃべりまで楽しませていただいてます。 種類によって焼き上がりの時間が異なります。 当日行っても売り切れてしまっている場合も多いのでどうしても欲しい種類が決まっているのであれば電話予約がおすすめです。 <駐車場> 田んぼの農道の際に停めることになります。 両側にならないようどちらかに寄せて停める必要があります。

家の近くにもパン屋さんは何軒もありますが、パンが食べたい時は車で30分かかるこちらのパン屋さんに必ず足が向きます。素材にもこだわっておられ、各種類の原材料が価格と共に表示されていて安心です。15時頃行くと、食パンが焼き上がった後にカットできるまで冷めていて奥の工房でカットしたてを買うことができいつもそのタイミングで伺います。ただ食パン目当てで15時頃行くと他のパンはだいぶ品薄になっていることがほとんどです。それでも食パンだけでも買いにいく価値があると思っています。ハード系の種類が多いなか、食パンは無添加なのにふっくらもっちり、だけど中身が詰まっているしっかりした感じもあり、耳もほどよい噛みごたえでとても美味しいです。食パン以外ではクルミショコラが大好きです。ショコラの味が他ではちょっと味わえない深い味わいで香ばしいクルミととても合っています。奥でパンを焼いているオーナーさんも、毎回必ず顔を出してありがとうございましたと声を掛けてくれるのもいつも嬉しい気持ちになります。レジの女性の方も何名かいらっしゃいますがどのお方も笑顔で対応して下さいます。...
