割高なのにサービスが極めて悪い/Slightly overpriced food and very bad service (English follows)

外観はとても綺麗で小さな山水があります。 食べ物自体は不味くないが千円以上するにはまだ程遠いチェインレストラン並みです。 １４時入店のせいか店に他に客だれ一人もいません。 キッチンから入口丸見えなのに全然案内がなく、３０秒以上店内をさまよったらようやく声かけられた。 前会計制です。帰りに朝からずっと持ってて捨てられなかった紙コップを代わりに捨てて頂いても宜しいですかって聞いたら隣の苗名滝の水より冷たい声で「持ち帰ってください」って一言です。断るにしても言い方があると思います。 こんな長文を初めて書くぐらい不満でした。

The exterior is nice, with a waterfall miniature nearby. Food is fast food restaurant level, edible but far away from a 1000 yen price tag. I entered the restaurant at 2pm and no other customer is around (should have been my first clue). I can clearly see the kitchen but no one bothers to greet me and I wandered in the restaurant for like 30 seconds before I was served. You pay upfront and upon my leaving I politely asked the owner whether they can help me dispose a tiny paper cup I had been holding the entire morning because there is no place to dispose it (dustbin is not common in Japan). The owner replied in a tone even colder than the water in the Naena Waterfall: "You just take it with you." I am totally cool with the rejection but his reply is very rude, so rude that this is the first time I posted so much on Google Maps, and even translated it to make sure this place doesn't ruin your good mood...

We ate lunch here after hiking through the falls. The restaurant offers different ways to eat cold somen during a hot sunny day. We picked the slide type. It was fun and the sauce was good.
