It is hard to find Halal food in Nagano but luckily this restaurant sells Halal chicken and beef dishes. The chef himself has lived in Syria and Turkey and has been a chef for more than 40 years. Unfortunately, it doesn’t say Halal certified but the ingredients he uses are Halal and he works alone in the kitchen so he takes care of Haram food not getting mixed with Halal. Very delicious food. The owner ran the place alone and did an amazing job taking orders, preparing food and serving drinks at the same Time. At the end he even explained why our Salads were missing the tomatoes. It was a busy day so the tomatoes were just out of Stock. The Salad was still great even without the tomatoes. A really great restaurant to get some delicious and cheap food. We paid around 5400 Yen for 4 people. We are looking forward to eat...
