I ate at Il Nakanoya while hiking through Nagakubo on a long hike of the Nakasendō. This restaurant is amazing. One of the best salads I've had anywhere (the crispy fried onions were so good). The margherita pizza was spectacular. I've eaten pizza all over the world, and Il Nakanoya's is among the best. Absolutely recommend to anyone in the area or passing through. My only regret is that I live in Tokyo and can't get back...

初めましての利用です♪ 日曜日のお昼時、お腹空きますよね。。たまたま長和町でランチを探していたら的中ビンゴ🎯 正直この場所に？？っていう場所にありました。 お洒落な外観に店内。 少しお高めな設定でしたが食べれば納得の量と味です♪ チョイスメニュー ・国産豚の明太子パスタ →味はしっかり満遍なくでパスタの食感もよく美味しい😋 ・からすみとスルメイカのイカすみトンテナッリ →もちもちのトンテナッリにカラスミの塩っ気とイカすみの塩っけが奏でて食が進みます。 ちなみに、トンテナッリとは、断面が正方形でしっかりとしたコシのある生地はソースとの相性が抜群です。家でも使ってみたいとおもいました♪ ・かま焼きいわし →信州美ヶ原高原山麓の石窯ウッドワークさんと板金屋さんによる薪窯で焼いたイワシ。全く想像できませんが、結果美味しい。家庭の火で焼いたイワシより美味しい。どう伝えたらいいかわかりませんが。。 総合的に美味しかったです♪
