It might be convenient for the business, but a little more personal service would be nicer.

You order your food at a machine before being seated. I wonder if I have to queue again if I want a refill on my drink. We chose the English option for the menu selection as we did not recognise one particular kanji. When our food arrived, we couldn't confirm if the order was correct because the staff did not know their English menu.

Their sets include rice, soup and a salad bar. Noodle salad and coleslaw are the only two choices - that's NOT a salad bar! Soft drinks - as per menu - only list the flavour. We wrongly assumed juice. The "mango" and the "pineapple&shikuwasa" turned out to be artificial - the latter was mixed with soda.

1 star because the steaks were tasty. Price, sadly does not equal...

Sorry guys we finished the food before taking the photos. The steak here is pretty decent . Rice salad and soup is refillable with no charge and they had the red gomoku rice as well( correct me if jm wrong) . The shoulder blade is steak is highly recommended and the loin cut is pretty average. Service is pretty non existent but it doesnt matter anyway. We had a decent meal which filled us up anyway. Not much choices in the mall as the entire level 3 is pretty much in construction. Have ur meal here if...

It’s like fast food steak, cheap and satisfying. They have a cabbage salad bar , noodles, rice, soup and free water.

The kids like it and the price is right. The staff aren’t waiters as you have to purchase your meal thru a ticket machine. The staff are cleaning bringing out steak and restocking the salad bar.

It’s basic and it’s good...
