Domino's Pizza Honjin Ekimae Store — Restaurant in Nagoya

Once I ordered pizza from this shop, they told me it'd take about 90 minutes and I understand that because it was Saturday night. Also, I told them to put my pizza in front of my door instead of handing me in person. As it turned out, it took 3 hours and I got nothing because they delivered my pizza to the wrong address. So, I called them to ask to deliver my pizza to me. They said they'd cook pizza again and deliver it. But what I received was cold pizza. I'm sure they didn't cook pizza again. They just delivered the old pizza from the wrong address to me. I sent an e-mail to the customer service about what happened. And all they did was nothing, just ignore my mail. I know people make mistakes sometimes. But it's really important what to do after that. They never apologized and tried let it go past irresponsibly. They did the totally wrong way. That was the time when I decided that I'll never eat...

I would give 4 stars because there's no dine-in but its all good for delivery and take out which they offer a buy 1 take 1. Pls also take note that the exact location of Domino's is behind the...

持ち帰り割引などが多くて、他よりも安くたくさん食べられるので、その点についてはプラス評価。

ただ、店舗の対応は星1つも付けたくないですね。 ピザトラッカーにて、ピザが出来上がったことを確認して店舗に行きました。

名前を伝える→「支払いはお済みですか？」→はい、済んでいます。（そもそも支払いの有無分からないの！？自己申告制なの？）→「確認します。お待ちください。」

そこから10分程放置され、別の従業員が来て「お待たせしました。お名前教えてください。」→さっき言いましたよ？放置されてますが。→「もう一度教えてください。」→名前を言う。→「支払いはお済みですか？」→はい、済んでます。と先程と同じやり取りを行い、挙げ句の果てには、「まだ出来ておりませんので、出来たらお呼びします。」

まさかの出来ていないという。。

なんのためのトラッカーですか？ それに合わせて取りに来ていますが。 そもそも最初に対応した店員はどこに行った？

結局受取り予定時間より20分程遅れて受取りました。
