The cake shop took a long time and the service was extremely slow. First you select the cake you want, take a number then pay at the cashier. One group left after selecting the cake, the store clerk kept calling the same number for couple minutes, even other customers said they left in their car, the store clerk had no clue what to do and everyone had to wait.

We reserved dine-in in advance, and ordered the cake for dine in from the cake shop. After getting a seat, no water and napkin were served and we had to do it ourselves. The drinks came about 10 mins after ordering, then 3 out of 5 cakes came after another 20 mins.

Located in an unassuming neighborhood and way off the beaten path for the average person, this shop has a wide variety of sweets ranging from homemade confections to cakes and puddings. Highly recommend for special sweets for special occasions or the occasional indulgence.

Bad points: Poor website design and layout. In typical Japanese style the design is out of date and loaded with links and things that distract from what you are looking for.

ケーキを買いに行ったのは数年前ですが、その時に非常に不快な目に遭ったので、それ以降、二度と行っていません。店内が混んでいて注文までかなり待たされたのは仕方ないとして、実際にケーキを注文してからが最低な対応でした。注文後１５分くらい待ってるのに一向にレジに呼ばれず、私の後に注文した女性客が先に呼ばれたのでさすがにキレて文句を言ったら、店員が「サイズの合う箱が無かったので探していた」との事。いやいや、買ったのは６個くらいだし、そのサイズが無いって何？そうだったとしても何で箱を探すのに１５分もかかるんだよと。と言うか、どう見ても単に私の注文を忘れていたのでしょう。結局、そこからさらに数分も待たされたあげく「お待たせして申し訳ありません」の一言すら無し。忙しいのは分かりますが、もう少し客商売だと言うプロ意識を持って下さい。肝心のケーキの味も高い値段設定を考えればクリアして当然のレベル。別に不味くはないですが、スーパーやコンビニのケーキと値段ほどの差はありませんね。単に使われているクリームや果物の量が多いくらいの違いです。結局、ケーキを買うだけに30分以上も掛かりました。もっと接客態度さえ良ければ、たまには買いに行っても良いんですが、またこの時のような不快な目に遭うかもと思う...
