道の駅に入るとカレーのいい匂いが漂っていて、思わずみみずくさんに引き込まれます笑。 しいたけフライ単品も美味しいのてすが、今回はしいたけフライやトンカツがトッピングされたカレーライスをチョイス。 相方はミックスフライ。 カレーは甘すぎず辛すぎず丁度よい辛さで、かつコクがあって美味い。 カツにアツアツのルゥをたっぷり絡めてご飯と一緒に食べると幸せです。 ボリュームもあるし満足しました。

しいたけカレー、この存在にびっくり！ とんかつハーフとしいたけフライがトッピングされた「よくばりカレー」。ルーカレーは中辛の塩梅良く、ルーの中には煮込まれた椎茸がたっぷり。椎茸、とんかつともに揚げたてがオンザライス。サクサクの衣でボリュームたっぷりのカレーです。熱々なのも良かったです。 地元の人材と食材を活用した地域創成、いいですね！
