Lovely, affordable ramen in the countryside run by two very friendly ladies who did their best to help us despite the language barrier.

The ramen here is one of the best I've had in terms of taste and value (1000 yen per bowl) - very flavourful and packed a punch with each bite even though it was by all accounts a plain and simple bowl of ramen (ingredients-wise). The broth, noodle texture, and the vegetables / menma that come with the ramen are enough to do the trick. We got the Black Miso (Kuro Miso) ramen with garlic, which was fantastic.

Views from the store are nice, and the ambience is welcoming. Free water is provised, and there's an adorably funny tissue dispenser. A queue can quickly build up (we arrived at 11 and a queue started soon after), and they don't accept...

口コミ・感想

◎ 白みそラーメン（にんにく入り） 北海道といえば味噌ラーメン。これまで札幌の有名店などをいくつか試してきたが、どれもあまり好みとは言えなかった。 しかし寿浅の白みそラーメンは、まろやかで濃厚、それでいて後味にほんのりと甘みも感じられ、これまでの味噌ラーメンで個人的No.1。 さらににんにくを加えると旨みが際立ち、スープを最後まで飲みたくなるほどの美味しさ。

◎ 黒みそラーメン（にんにく入り） こちらはピリ辛系で、白みそよりもスパイシー。味の輪郭がしっかりしていて、辛さが程よくアクセントになっている。こちらも満足度高め。

スタッフ対応・サービス

スタッフさんがとても親切で、ラーメンの種類やにんにくの量などについて丁寧に相談に乗ってくれる。 にんにくは別皿提供も可能だが、「最初から入れると香りが立って美味しい」とのアドバイスを受け、それに従ったところ確かに正解だった。 辛さが苦手な人には白みそ、にんにくがOKな人には“普通”量のにんにく入りが店のおすすめとのこと。
