Ajisen Ramen — Restaurant in Nakagusuku

Prob the only Stopever spot in this Okinawa expressway. I drove all around this highway and I remember only have 1 stop with food and toilet. We stopped on the way back to Naha. Well. Was thinking why not just have something to eat as snack before heading to town. We as HKers know this brand so long and we normally don’t go to places where we have same food in the place we live. But no choice the mistress is hungry and we ate I didn’t order their brand noodle , instea do order what they said is local Okinawa special. Well, out of my expectations this is good stuff. Middle is different, it’s the Okinawa noodle and the pork is so tender and juicy. It’s pork rib. So nice, melt in your mouth. Other stuff is typical quality. Not best or 5 stars but with price to value ratio and in the middle of nowhere, this def deserve a 4 at least. If u don’t fancy some super local or tourist restaurant, or when u a hungry, share this portion with your friends and then go in town and eat...

九州熊本の豚骨ラーメンのお店です。

初めて訪れました。 以前から気になってましたが、沖縄自動車道内に在るため、ご飯時に時間が合わず。

結論、美味しかったです。

ただし、チェーン店だけに、万人受けする味付けかな？とも感じますが、熟成の沖縄そばに比して、ラーメン発展途上の沖縄においては、貴重な熊本豚骨ラーメンのお店です。

ちなみに、注文から片付けまで、セルフスタイルです。

さて、初めてだけに散々悩んだ挙げ句、ハーフセット（味千・¥800）をいただきました。

料理を受け取ったら、ハーフのラーメンとチャーハンだけでなく、サラダと杏仁豆腐がついていたのは、嬉しいですね！

先ず、ラーメンですが、チェーン店ならではの、安定の豚骨味です。豚骨独特のにおい（好き嫌い分かれますが…）も少なく、まろやかな味わいです。 麺は、硬さを選べるのかわかりませんが、そのまま提供されたものでも、やわらか過ぎるとかもなく美味しいです。

チャーハンも、パラパラしてて適度な味付で美味しいです。

ハーフセットは、もうちょっと食べたいかな、くらいの腹八分目でオススメです。

さすがに、味千拉麺を食べに沖縄自動車道には入りませんが、所用で沖縄自動車道を通る時には、ご飯どきに合わせて通いたいです🍜

以前いただいたハーフセットも良かったのですが、味千ラーメンをお腹いっぱい食べてみたく、わざわざ自動車道内のこちらの店を再訪しました（沖縄にはここしかありません。）。

通常量の味千ラーメンとごはんをいただきました。 通常量のラーメンは、それなりの量で、心ゆくまで味千の味わいを楽しめます。 ご飯も足りないこともなく、程よい量です。

麺を食べきったあとの、スープとご飯の組合せもクセになります。

まぁ、身体には良くないのかもしれませんが…。
