そうげんラーメン — Restaurant in Nakano

My family and I stopped at this restaurant on our way from Hakuba to Yudanaka. The shop opened punctually at 5.30 pm as advertised. They have a menu in English which is helpful for non-japanese speakers and also an allergy chart attached to the wall which is very thoughtful and not very common in Japan. The chicken ramen was delicious and I appreciated the amount of spring onions on top. Fresh and delicious. My husband and my children also enjoyed their meal. Very friendly atmosphere, family owned restaurant. They have a japanese tap n pay option otherwise it is cash only. Very good value...

鶏系が旨い中野市のお店 ■2025.08.21　冷やし味噌中華 温玉のせ 1年前に食べたメニューをもう一度。

■2025.04.01　味玉塩 どちらかと言うと、お店オススメの鶏白湯系を注文する事が多いのですが、今回は塩を注文してみました。 塩もスープの出汁感が強い旨味たっぷりのスープで、かなり旨いですね。 メニューの写真の大きさでは、塩は鶏白湯より小さい表示ですが、旨さは鶏白湯に匹敵するかそれ以上と言ってもイイと思います。 新たな発見でした。

■2024.11.01 ・あごそば(黒龍ストレート) ・セセリの炭火焼き ラーメンを食べようと立ち寄ったのですが、車を降りた途端に焼き鳥のような香ばしく挑戦的な香り！ 店内でメニュー確認すると、セセリの炭火焼きとあったので、たぶんこれだと思い、サイドで注文決定です。 あと、ラーメンは炭火焼きとの味のバランスを考え、魚介の効いたあごそばを注文しました。 到着したセセリの炭火焼きは、店外に漂っていた香りそのもので、香ばしく旨いもの。 ラーメンも濃厚な鶏白湯に魚介がプラスされた旨味たっぷりな一杯でした。 そうげんさん、やはり旨いなぁ。
