Charles de Mills — Restaurant in Nanae

Onuma is the last place I'd like to visit in the cycling trip from Sapparo to Hakodate. This cafe is exactly the hidden charm I was looking for during the last pedaling. Unlike mundane restaurants and shops near the Onuma train station, you feel real beauty and solitude of nature in this little cabin.

The owner, Mr. and Mrs. Kawauchi, have owned this delicate cafe since 8 years ago. They'd dreamed to have their own coffee shop and made it happened by the beautiful lake. The duck sandwich set is pretty affordable and amazing. It's a nice place to chill...
