Ordered Taiwan Char Siew Ramen as in the picture. Said it was very spicy but it wasn't too hot. You could add more chili or/and garlic to spice it up. Ramen is quite tasty. I liked their quality control - the chef warmed up the spoon before setting it on the bowl so the ramen won't go any cold. Impressive.

(2025.1.2) 台湾ラーメンと味噌ラーメンを注文。台湾ラーメンは辛めですが激辛ではなく、スッキリしたスープに細麺の縮れ麺が絡んで最後まで美味しく食べられました。味噌ラーメンは「しょっぱくて」というコメントがありましたが、全くそんなことはなく、味噌の味、風味もあってこちらも完食。スープはあっさり目で濃厚で脂が絡むというものではないので好みで評価は分かれるかもしれません。が、もし東京に出店したら必ず食べに行くと思います。 寡黙なご主人？と奥さん？の二人で切り盛りされていましたが、ほぼ待たされる時間はなくストレスもなく過ごせました。 建物の構造上外部からの音が気になりましたが、それは仕方のないこと。まして地震の影響もあっただろうに開店して食事を提供されていることに驚きです。 また必ず食べに行くと思います。

Located on the 2nd floor, near the middle of the Sekata Fishermen’s Wharf. Tried the Taiwan Ramen & the Spicy Taiwan Ramen. Both had excellent flavor & a good amount of spice, noodles were perfect. If it’s not spicy enough for you, there is a chili sauce & chili oil on the table and garlic. Owner & his wife were friendly to us tourists. Lots of other options on the menu.
