Great sushi place. The fish was fresh and most pieces tasted really good. Tuna,.in particular, was amazing. A few pieces were too chewy. Service was OK, but only because the lady who works there was nice. The chefs behind the counter were too busy entertaining a small and super loud group at the counter and paid no attention to us. Based on the review, we were shopping for a fantastic and delicious seafood meal. However we were very disappointed. First we found a long hair laying around on our table. Then when the tea came, the cups were just randomly put it at the far end of the table as if we were not deserved to have it. The food was very disappointing. The fish/sushi/sashimi was not fresh at all as if they just bought it from the supermarket - dry and tasteless. Perhaps we went there...

We had great sushi here. The Noto local fish nigiri platter is highly recommended. The master also recommended and served us great rice wine (sake). Another delicacy was the Kobako crab (egg-carrying female Beni-zuai crab) served only during the Nov-Dec period. The crab is expensive but...
