とても強い雑草のイメージしかない(すみません)さし草を資源に，いろんな活用法を提案＆製品化しているカフェです！なおタチアワユキセンダングサが正式な名前みたいです。長い😆 小さい子供さん連れのお母さんがいらしてました。お店の方もニコニコで、大歓迎の雰囲気です☺️ 沖縄そばの麺に練り込まれたり、パウダーを調理に使ったり、野菜として添えられていたりと脱帽のアイデアの数々。お茶が案外良いハーブティー🫶 栄養価も高いみたいなので、私はそちらに期待大です。テーブルは三つ、どれも三名くらいまでが良さそうなミニマムサイズ。お店の方はお一人ですが、手際よくお料理出されていました。駐車スペースは店の前にありますが区分がわかりにくいので、心配でしたら直接聞かれると早いと思います。車椅子もいけそうですが、入り口だけ段差があるので補助が必要そうです💦

リピ確です❣️ 道端でよく見る草(さし草)がこれほど栄養がありとは知らず、美味しくアレンジされたランチをいただくことができました🫶 人気メニューのオムそばは、麺にさし草粉が練り込まれており、心地のいい香りや食感が楽しめました🍽 店内の雰囲気や価格設定も優しく、さし草茶が飲み放題で堪能できたのも地味に嬉しい🌼 オーナーさんのガイドブックでさし草の魅力を知れたため、妊娠中でも簡単に栄養が摂れるさし草粉を次回来店時に購入したいと思います🌿‬

The food is wonderful and tatses so good. The store specializes in food using Sashi-gusa, the little yellow and white flowers you see everywhere on the side of the road that you think are weeds. The owner has found they are full of nutrition and is trying to teach people about this healthy plant. It has proven to heal certain sicknesses due to its high nutritional content. Definitely check this place out and buy some Sashi-gusa powder or tea!
