うちんくの食卓 — Restaurant in Nankoku

I ordered the hotcake dessert set, and it was super delicious. I would recommend it for anyone who enjoys desserts. The tamago yaki and it was the best one by far during my trip in Japan.

This is a standard breakfast. Shirasu set meal and grilled fish set meal and rice are quite delicious. Even though it's a small meal, it will be refilled. Raw eggs of Tosa Jiro are 100 yen. Japanese people have fresh raw eggs, so it is popular to mix them with rice. Always here for the last Kochi breakfast.

高知龍馬空港2階で営むレストラン「うちんくの食卓」さん。高知の食材を使用した料理がいただけるお店で、朝早くから営業しているため有難い存在です。

訪れた時間が早かったのでメニューはモーニングセットの中から注文。モーニングセットは以下のメニューがあるようです。

・干物朝食 ・ちりめん丼 ・土佐ジローの卵かけ朝食 ・鰹の漬け丼 ・トーストセット ・ホットケーキセット

土佐ジローの卵かけご飯に惹かれつつ、高知・最後の食事なら鰹かな？と思い、鰹の漬け丼を注文。

空港飯なのでさほど期待していませんでしたが、想像以上に旨くてびっくり。良い意味で期待を裏切られました。鰹の身は薄いものの朝食としてはぴったりです。

半分食べたところで出汁を入れ、茶漬け状態にするとこれまた旨い。サラサラといただきつつ完食。空港飯でもこれだけ旨い鰹が食べられるんだなぁ、高知凄い。
