I was recommended a popular local restaurant called Ramen Shinta just a little south in Nanto City. They had a rather large menu of ramen, but for first timers, they recommended their Salt Ramen, but apparently the Chicken Ramen is also popular. Who am I to doubt their recommendations? So I ordered a Shio DX with all the toppings for 1390￥ with deeper broth for 80￥ more. Based on other reviewers, I also ordered a Chicken Nanban for 480￥.

That meal was very satisfyingly delicious. The deeper broth option was definitely worth it, as it was strong, salty, and savory with a nice hint of chicken stock. There were two kinds of chicken, a slice of chashu, and a half-egg, every one soft and perfect. The thing noodles were a nice medium texture and reasonably portioned.

And that Chicken Nanban... crunchy, crispy, salty, dripping with egg, green onion, and tartar sauce on top. Enjoy it first while its hot and you'll be in chicken heaven. Coming here might be worth it...

Super delicious local place minutes from my relatives’ house. They have different types of noodles than ramen, called soba, but not like buckwheat noodles. We had the shio, ebi wantan shio, tori, and tan tan men. Portions are larger than in the pics! We also had their special gyoza made of a combination of meat, garlic and shiso leaves, which were done...

！！美味い不味いは個人差あり！！ 2024/06/16 開店狙いで2番めでした。続々とお客さんが😳開店10分前辺りが狙いかな？と。 オーダーは塩そばDX👏凄いボリューム💦とりチャーシュー炙りが香ばしい🩷個人的には1番好き✨鳥胸のチャーシューかな？はしっとり柔らかで美味しい😋さすがDX✨良いとこ取り。だけど量がめちゃくちゃ多い気がしたから、やっぱ次行ったらいつもの海老ワンタン塩そばにするよw 8月12日18時の開店近くにお店に到着。ラッキーなことにカウンター席に空きがあってすぐ座れた😆✨前回きた時はめっちゃ人が並んでて諦めた⬅️ 口コミを見て絶対食べたかった海老ワンタン塩そばを😋ｵｯﾄｰも同じ。あと唐揚げ2個を注文。 唐揚げは大きいからもちろん分けて食べた。 もう全部良かったんだけど、まずスタッフさんの接客が凄い👏かすみさん。ななさん。ひなたさん。の動きがヤバかった😳こういうところから、人気店なんだなーって思う。 塩そばがくるまで20分前後。混んでたのもあるけど、20分なら全然待ったうちに入らないと思う。 スープが美味しい😋マイルドな塩味。大葉が入ってるから余計サッパリ？だったのかな？？麺は噛みごたえある。最後まで絶対のびない。アルデンテに近い？とにかく細麺なのにパンチがある。海老ワンタンはエビ食べてるって感じ。 最初から最後まで無言でもりもり食べてしまった😋もちろんスープも完飲で。塩ラーメン苦手って人！とにかく食べに行ってみて！ また行く！！本当美味しかった😆💕
