Really amazing cafe in the middle of the Japanese countryside. If you’re driving to or from one of the old villages to Kanazawa I highly recommend stopping by for a coffee and cake.

店名のとおり、シフォンケーキがオススメのお店。（チーズケーキも美味しいですよ） 好みのコーヒーなので、ドリンクはコーヒー系をいつも頼みます。 シフォンケーキは、その時々で色んなものを用意されていて、お邪魔するのが楽しみ。どれも甲乙つけがたいのですが、今のところ『生姜のシフォンケーキ』がお気に入り。春先にお邪魔した時に初めて食べたのですが、生地の中に入ってる生姜の香りと食感がなんとも言えず😊 シフォンに付いてくる生クリームは、自分で好きなようにかけて食べる仕様。 先日は抹茶のシフォンケーキを食べましたが、トッピングのお豆も、生地の中のお豆も、それぞれいい感じに味を出してました👍 こちらのケーキは、どれも甘すぎないので、個人的に気に入っています。 月曜日と火曜日のみの営業ですので、なかなか行けませんが、また機会があれば立ち寄りたいお店です。 ⚠️一組２名まで入店可能です。
