Sakura — Restaurant in Nasu

〈那須〉は久しぶりに来訪しました‼️😄。 今日は、雨模様☔なので、高速道路の〔 東北 自動車道 〕は渋滞🚗😠⚡せずに出掛けられます❗。

この時期は、少し散り始めましたが、＜御用ツツジ＞が有名な【ﾏｳﾝﾄｼﾞｰﾝｽﾞスキー場⛷️】に向かい、寒くなった身体を温めようと温泉♨️に向かいました。

日帰り利用で楽しんだ後は、長年通う、【 Steak 桜 】に入店します‼️😄。 此方の店には、10年位かな⁉️、前に初めて来店してから、毎年〈那須〉に来るときは必ず来店しています❗😄。

ヤハリ日光の【みはし】に負けないくらいに美味しい［那須牛🐮🍖］を堪能させられます❗👍。

那須高原にある和牛ステーキ桜さんで、黒毛和牛ヒレのランチコースをいただきました。まず驚いたのは、鉄板の上でジューッと音を立てながら提供される極厚のヒレ肉。表面は香ばしく焼き上げられ、中はしっとりと柔らかく、まさに口の中でとろける贅沢な食感でした。脂はしつこさがなく旨味だけがスッと広がり、特製のソースとの相性も抜群。付け合わせのポテトやブロッコリーも丁寧に火入れされ、脇役ながら存在感があります。

さらに感動したのがガーリックライス。鉄鍋で香ばしく仕上げられ、カリカリのチップと一緒に食べると幸せ倍増。サラダやスープも手抜きがなく、最後のデザートまで大満足のコースでした。観光地価格かと思いきや、このクオリティでこのお値段ならむしろ良心的。那須で「絶対に外したくない一軒」を挙げるならここです。記念日や自分へのご褒美にもおすすめです！

I had the Wagyu Tenderloin Lunch Course at WAGYU STEAK Sakura in Nasu Kogen, and it was outstanding. The thick cut of tenderloin arrived sizzling on a hot iron plate, beautifully seared on the outside and incredibly soft inside — it literally melted in my mouth. The flavor was rich yet clean, and the house sauce complemented it perfectly. The garlic rice served in a hot stone bowl was fragrant and addictively delicious. Heavily over priced, if the price was lower I can understand going here again. There was also no other customers, I feel like because it is too expensive.
