My husband and I had the pleasure of being the only guests at Chef Ogawa's teppanyaki fine dining restaurant one evening. With over 20 years background in French cuisine, Chef expertly crafted a seriously delicious course. We don't eat beef so he changed the main to Hokkaido pork for us. Our best dining experience in Niseko from the atmosphere, impeccable service, and highest quality food made by a chef not rushed by incoming orders or driven by sales volume. Ingredients are local fresh meats, seafood, vegetables and drinks.

We were the only guests on a snowy cold night. Easy 20 min drive from Hanazono.
