2016/５月 山友さんとGW中に月山で春スキー後の帰路の途中に以前感動の逸品だったので、出羽三山詣での宿として歴史のある出羽屋に17時半過ぎに電話で予約して再訪しました。

前回は山菜そばで大満足したので、今回は山菜そば付き籠膳2300円をそば大盛り、ハットをつけてオーダーしました。山菜の天ぷらも気になりましたが既にボリュームがかなりあるのでパスしました。今回も車なのでお酒は無しですが、やはり山菜料理を地酒の月山でいただきたいものです。

今回も店内は大繁盛です。前回は平日昼でしたので地元客と思しき人がほとんどでしたが、今回は全員観光客と思しき人達で午後6時前にほぼ満席になり僕らの後の6人客はウエイティングになりました。

最初からすべてのテーブルにカセットコンロがセッティングされているのがおかしいです。待つこと5分くらいで籠膳が提供されました。やはり地酒に合いそうな山菜の数々でした。胡麻和え、おひたし、くるみ和え、味噌和えなどで、ゼンマイ、ノラボウ、フキ、ウドを頂きます。ゼンマイの胡麻和えがいかにも精進料理らしく美味しいです。...
