能美根上駅から徒歩2分ほど。住宅街の奥にひっそりと佇む、民家を改装したベトナム料理店「ベト風味」さんに伺いました。 店内は鮮やかな水色の壁にベトナムのアートが飾られ、アオザイ姿の人形が迎えてくれる異国情緒あふれる空間です。 ベトナムの街角に迷い込んだような感覚で、ゆったりとしたランチタイムを過ごすことができました。 ⸻ セット1（1,500円） ・鶏肉フォー ・生春巻き ・黒豆チェー（デザート） 鶏肉フォーは、蒸し鶏と玉ねぎが浮かぶシンプルな見た目ながら、スープの深みが印象的でした。 鶏の旨みがじんわりと広がり、スッと体に染み渡るような優しい味わいです。 途中で酢漬け玉ねぎやフォーソースを加えると、味に変化が生まれ、最後まで飽きずに楽しめました。 麺は平たい米粉麺で、つるっとした食感が心地よく、スープとの絡みも抜群です。 生春巻きは、ぷりっとした海老とシャキシャキ野菜がぎっしり詰まっていて、ナッツ入りの特製味噌ソースとの相性が抜群でした。 香ばしさと爽やかさが絶妙に絡み合い、前菜としての完成度が高かったです。 デザートの黒豆チェーは、黒豆とゼリーが入ったベトナムの定番スイーツ。 ココナッツミルクのまろやかさとクラッシュゼリーの食感が楽しく、上品な甘さで食後にぴったりでした。 ⸻ セット3（1,000円） ・ベトナムハムバインミー ・ドリンク（アイスベトナムコーヒー） バインミーは、自家製のベトナムハム、なます、パクチーがぎっしり詰まった本格仕様。 外はパリッと、中はふんわりのフランスパンに、甘辛いソースが全体をまとめていて、ひと口ごとにベトナムの屋台を思わせる香りと味が広がります。 食べログでも「本場の味」と評されているのも納得の一品でした。 ドリンクにはアイスベトナムコーヒー（練乳入り）を選びました。 深煎りの豆の香ばしさとコンデンスミルクの濃厚な甘みが絶妙にマッチしていて、現地感たっぷりの味わいです。 氷たっぷりのグラスに注がれた瞬間、ホーチミンの市場で飲んだ記憶が蘇るような一杯でした。 ⸻ 店主のクインさんはホーチミン出身で、日本語も堪能。 料理だけでなく、ベトナム文化を丁寧に伝えてくださる姿勢が印象的でした。 能美市でここまで本格的なベトナム料理が味わえるとは驚きです。 初めての方にもおすすめできる、温かみのある素敵なお店でした。

Easily the best Vietnamese food I’ve ever had in Japan. The dashi for their pho is even better than what I had in 12 years of living in Vietnam. The garden, the background Vietnamese music, and especially the kindness and friendliness of the owners and staff bring me back at least once a week...
