From the moment you arrive, you’ll be impressed by their sleek decor, blending a gentle mix of traditional Japanese and European styles. Your dinner will be accompanied by a variety of top-quality dishes sourced from the region, as Chef Nakai always prioritizes seasonal ingredients and locally sourced products. This is a beautiful nod to the Michelin-starred chef Arabelle Meirlaen, with whom he had the opportunity to work several times.
