Aijou Ramen — Restaurant in Noto

Decided to take a bit of a shelter from the heavy rain and cold winds, and also grab some ramen to warm ourselves up in this quaint little store operated by an elderly couple.

The entire place exuded a very familiar vibe, not too different from a kitchen you'd expect at home. The couple were also exceedingly warm, and did not miss a beat when they realised we didn't speak much Japanese. Oka-san immediately rushed into the back room to grab 2 fresh towels to dry ourselves off (and to take with us, just in case). Oto-san whipped out his Google phone for auto translations.

We loved that a regular customer came by for lunch as well, and we had great fun just chatting, while waiting for the rain to stop.

The ramen was good, not mind-blowing, but sometimes you're just after a great meal, in the company of wonderful people. This place is...

焼肉もある町中華屋さん。 駐車場は店横自宅並びで狭い。 目の前のゲンキーに停めたくなるがNG。 店内はL字のカウンター席とお座敷。 向こうにもお座敷がある。

名物の愛情ラーメン(税込1000円) スープやチャーシューが普通と異なります。 チャーシューは厚みがあり肉感が増します。 スープは甘めな醤油スープ。 麺は普通な中華麺。 器が大きく、量もある感じがしますが 普通のラーメンと量は同じ。

ランチセットもいくつかありますが カウンターでひとり焼肉されてる人がいて 大変...

釣りのお昼ゴハン！ 甘めの醤油(￣▽￣)焼き肉もやってる（そっちがメイン？）からなのか、シメで食べるために考案されたようなラーメンかな？ペロッと食べちゃえます！…なので、体の大きな（デ◯）自分はカツ丼も注文するのですが、これもまたおいしい！卵、カツ、米だけのシンプルなものですが、カツの衣の部分がサクッとしていながらも少しモチっとしていて、自分はツボでした(^O^)いつもラーメン食べに行ったらチャーハンも食べる！って人はこのセット普通に行けると思います笑 あと店のおば...
