蔵のビストロ 樹（アルブル） — Restaurant in Numata

I had the pleasure of dining at this fantastic Italian restaurant in Numata for two days, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! The restaurant specializes in using fresh, locally sourced seasonal vegetables, which really elevates the flavors of every dish.

The food was not only beautifully presented but also incredibly delicious. From the creamy quiche with fresh greens to the perfectly cooked meat with a rich, flavorful sauce, every bite was a treat. The seafood and vegetable terrine was another highlight—light, refreshing, and full of natural flavors.

Aside from the amazing food, the prices were very reasonable, making it an excellent value for the quality provided. The service was also outstanding; the staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure every guest had a great experience.

The owner turned a farmhouse into this lovely French restaurant. Service was excellent and friendly and the food was spectacular with great taste and many special local vegetables.

母の誕生日祝いで来店しました。 駐車場は少しわかりにくかったですが、お店の雰囲気はとても良く、快適な時間を過ごさせていただきました。 換気やパーテーションなど、コロナ対策もしっかりしている印象でした。

ランチコースを頂いたのですが、もうとにかくすべてが美味しかった。 かぼちゃのスープもクリーミーでほんのり甘くてとても美味しく、真鯛もチキンも皮がパリパリで身がふっくらしており堪らなかったです。チキンもマスタードの風味がきいてて、真鯛はバジルとトマトのソースがとても爽やかでした。 あと母が頼んだ岩牡蠣がめちゃくちゃ美味しかった！

間を空けて2個出してもらった自家製のパンも、あつあつで外側がパリッとしており中身はしっとりふわふわでとても香ばしくて美味しかったです。

デザートのベリーソースのバスクチーズケーキも大きなフランボワーズがお皿に乗っており、チーズケーキの中にもベリーが。 今まで食べたことないくらい美味しかったです。

なによりお店のお2人の物腰がとても柔らかく、とても良い方でした。
