十勝ホルモン KEMURI帯広本店 — Restaurant in Obihiro

We didn’t care for the meat but the cabbage, baribari, was crisp and well flavored. The ‘horumon’ was beef which isn’t something we often eat or as we found today, enjoy. Most of the meat seemed to dry out before it was cooked or browned, even though I prefer my meat rare. When the super fatty beef chitlins flared up, the fire was too hot and anything above the oil fire was blackened with soot, but otherwise things were slow to cook. They had what looked like good charcoal and it came well fired up, but maybe too thin and too little mass to generate enough infrared heat. My wife and I were unimpressed and don’t plan to go back, but a lot of people seem to like it and reservations were full from 7:00pm. トングが｢焼く用｣と｢取り上げる用｣で 分けてあったり、 炭焼き台のある席がたくさん そろっていたりする等、

焼き肉好きにはたまらない内容に なっていました！

メニュー表に目を向けると

色んな味を楽しめると思います。

2階まである分、席数もいっぱいなので、 白樺高校の人たちも よく来られる、との噂でした。
