Chukaro — Restaurant in Obu

This place gives me exactly the kind of Chinese cuisine flavors I've been looking for, but have been surprisingly difficult to find here in Japan despite the proliferation of Chinese restaurants. The service is friendly and swift, and it's a great idea to ask star for their recommendations. Last time I was there I had the Taiwanese-style ramen, moderately spicy and delicious with some very flavorful potstickers on the side. Their chicken karaage is crispy and the set we got came with various other dishes that I feel might be easy to get addicted to....

ランチで、台湾ラーメンと高菜チャーハンのセット（730円、ドリンク付き）を食べました。

台湾ラーメンはバランスの取れた味。高菜チャーハンも、パラパラとした炒めご飯で、完成度の高いお味でした。

ラーメンセットは、台湾ラーメン、醤油ラーメン、塩ラーメン、味噌ラーメン、豚骨ラーメンからひとつ、チャーハン類、ご飯類（天津飯／マーボ飯など）からひとつを選択できます。
