Sushiro — Restaurant in Odate

Came here on a Wednesday night, the moment you walk in there’s no need to wait, go to a ticket machine (there’s English) enter the number of people and enter what type of seating (there’s bench or table seating) then you’ll get assigned a number and you find your seat. Self service is top of the agenda here, from ordering off an iPad to getting serviettes and utensils. There’s almost no interaction with a waitress. The food you order will come via a conveyor belt with colour coding and an announcement in your ordering screen. The variety is huge and the side condiments are aplenty. This is a good budget and fast way of getting some seriously good sushi without breaking the bank. Once you finished the meal, use the same ticket you got for seating and all bill will be tallied up, credit is welcomed and again zero interaction with a person.
