八ヶ岳の天然氷を使ったかき氷屋さんです。 無農薬、自然栽培の苺や、桑の実、白イチジク、松の葉、完熟梅などありました。 私は桑の実を食べました。自然な甘さで、とっても美味しかったです！ 建物は廃校の廃材を利用していて、とても可愛いかったです。 かき氷を食べながら、窓から向かいの山が見えるのですが、ずっとここに居たいほど、癒されました。 水出しオーガニックコーヒーと豆乳の松の葉ヨーグルトもいただきましたが、コーヒーは苦味が少なくブラックでも飲めました。ヨーグルトは酸味が強いですが、私は好きな味です。初めて松の葉と松の実だけで発酵させたヨーグルトを食べたので新鮮でした。 また来年も行きたいです。
