McDonald's — Restaurant in Ogawara

Mcdonald's in Japan have soft sandwich buns which remind me of freshly-baked rolls from a bakery. About half of the menu is standard McD's fair, and half of the menu is exclusive to this region. The fries are a bit tougher than they are in the US, but the taste is the same. The staff here is friendly and smiles at everyone. They have an English and picture menu which you can order from. The crowning glory of Mcdonald's is that it's one of very few places to have free wifi for everyone, not just the 14 day Softbank wifi passport for foreigners. I eat shrimp burger here.it was nice and tasty.as a muslim this is my options other than the fish burger.the fries taste just like in Malaysia.only thing is they don't have chilli sauce.the staff was all nice...

先日(2021.3月中旬)、朝マックを買いにドライブスルーしにいき、その時は私の前に5台ほどの列がありました。 午前10:20頃に並び始めましたが回転が悪く、結局注文するときには10:35になっており朝マックを購入することが出来ませんでした。勿論10分前から並んでいたことを伝えましたが、オペレーターの方は出来ないの一点張りで全く対応してくれませんでした。 泣く泣くビックマックのセットを買いましたが、受け取りの際にも男性スタッフの対応が悪く、窓を開けながら待っていると窓を閉めてください！と強めな口調でいわれました。閉めることには全く問題ないのですが、言い方ってものがあると思います。 あと、違う店舗では時間が少し過ぎても対応してくれたのでそこは統一してほしいです。 この店舗の利用は初めてだったので、一概に悪いとは言えませんが対応が悪いスタッフがいることは確かです。 このスタッフのせいで店舗自体の評価が下がってしまうのはもったいないと思うので、スタッフの教育に力をいれてほしいと思います。
