About a 3.3 for me.. nothing really stands out. It seems it's less about the soba than the bean sprouts. I appreciate the flavor and size of the meal but for okinawa soba I expect to have actual soba not 90% bean sprouts and a few noodles. Maybe I caught them on an off day because reviews are mostly great. Soup was tasty and I will try it again but so far I feel even a 4 star is a little much for this place. Definitely worth trying if you love bean sprouts.

I got the beef soba and the sanmi soba. Between the two, I prefer the beef soba. For the beef soba, the bean sprouts were crunchy and the beef was well seasoned. The soup was excellent too. Get the sanmi if you are keen to try all three types of pork: pork belly, pork ribs, and pig trotters.

Delicious soba made for the perfect post hike lunch. Easy enough to order, just write your name on the waiting list and order your meal from the ticket machine. Nice cold air conditioning and self serve iced water at the table. As an English speaker I had no issues getting a table and my food. Parking available out the...

Delicious and plentiful food. I ordered the beef soba and it come out overflowing with beef and bean sprouts on the top. It tasted as good as the outside smelled. Could easily feed two! I shared this and a side of extra rice with both kids and we still couldnโ€™t finish it all. Well worth...
