Wonderful restaurant and cafe. Great coffee and cake. Curry smelled amazing, but I didn't actually have any this time. GPS/NAVI estimated that this was a 30-minute drive from the Kurokawa onsens and ryokans, but we made it in about 15 minutes. The owners are really friendly.

2025.9.11(木) 近くでチーズケーキが食べられる店ないかなぁと検索したら、ヒット🔍 以前、何年か前にランチでカレーとケーキ食べたことがあるので、本日2度目！ お店までの道のりが険しく、ポツンと一軒家に出てきそうな山道を突き進む🛻 道幅が狭い為、離合が下手くそな私は車が来ない事を祈りながら運転した🚗笑 平日の15時頃だった事もあり、お店にはうちらしかおらず、貸切状態＼(^o^)／ お昼ご飯は食べたばっかりだったので、今回はケーキセットをチョイス！🍰 ニューヨークチーズケーキとゆずレアチーズケーキを注文🍰🥤🗽 ケーキセットを待ってる間、店の周りを探索🚶🚶‍♀️🚶景色がとても良くて気持ちがよく、娘は旦那を連れて散歩へ！ 散歩途中にぬかるみにハマったらしく、娘の靴が泥まみれに！😱👟蛇口だけ借りるつもりが、店主の奥さんのご好意で靴を脱水にかけてくれ、ドライヤーで乾燥までしてくださり、大変助かりました🙏😭✨ありがとうございました🙇‍♀️ テラス席で外を眺めながらのティータイムは最高でした😆ケーキもティーも美味しかった😋✨次は昼時に来よう‼️☺️

阿蘇郡小国町にある「BEAR」さん。 お店に辿り着くまでにおそらく5回位は道を間違えたのではないかと不安になるでしょう (*´-`)。。。 山を切り開いて建てられたお店は素敵の一言です(°▽°) こちらから見る星空はとても素敵でしょうね⭐︎ 飲み物は小国ジャ-ジ-牛乳とバナナをシェイクした「バナナミルク」を注文。ケ-キは「ニュ-ヨ-クチ-ズケ-キ」と「ガト-ショコラ」にしました(*´꒳`*) そのままでも濃厚で甘いジャ-ジ-牛乳にバナナの組み合わせって美味しいです(=´∀｀)う-ん♪ 両方の味をしっかり感じる分量でシェイクしてあります♪ 「ニュ-ヨ-クチ-ズケ-キ」は濃厚なチ-ズの風味を楽しめます。硬めのプリンの様な不思議な食感で、口の中に入れてしばらくすると溶けていきます(*´꒳`*) 「ガト-ショコラ」は最初はチョコの苦味、後から甘さを感じます。しっとり感、ずっしり感もあって良いですね(°▽°) とても満足出来る時間を過ごせたし、とても美味しかったです♪ ご馳走さまでした(*'▽'*)

Fabulously peaceful and friendly service. A snug little forest trail to get up to this place - keep going it’s fine :) - food was nice (curry burger with rice and salad, New York CheeseCake and a few coffees was 3k yen so not super cheap. Wonderful isolated country cafe on the hill side overlooking the mountains with Mt Aso in the background. Food is medium quality, but atmosphere cannot be beaten. Best cafe I have even been to in terms of the atmosphere. A bit hard to get to...
