The niku bukakke udon had a light taste and was refreshing (I personally like a stronger meaty and sweet taste). Noodles chewy which I like. The tempura is crunchy and good. There was no free udon for kids as mentioned by another customer so I guess that service has stopped. If I come back I would like to try a teishoku set :)

The dashi and the udon men were very delicious, I liked that they have many parking slots. We had to wait around 10 minutes but it deserved it.

暑さがぶり返しつつある文月終盤戦、所要を済ませ昼餉に伺ったのは一宮「うどん一歩」さん、以前”自然食材おはな”さんがあった場所ですね！！　店名通り、”野田屋町隠れ家食堂 一歩”さんの関連店舗さんになります。 店内はスクエア空間、テーブル間が広いのでコロナ禍でも使い勝手良いです。オープン時間で入店、30分ほどでかなり席が埋まりました！ 注文は「一歩うどん」＆麺増量（1.5玉）、待つこと10分少々でやって来ました。具材沢山の豪華かけうどんになります。出汁は優しい鰹ベースで癖のないあじわいです。 うどんはかなりの細麺ですね、コシは弱めでモチっと感も強くありません、しなやかで喉越しの良い麺です。具材は海老天・ちくわ天・ごぼ天・肉・温玉・青ネギと盛り沢山、1.5玉なので完食するとお腹膨らみました(*^^*) 今年は梅雨明けの6月後半が猛暑で7月中盤に戻り梅雨．．．今は暑さも一段落、お盆前が暑くなりそうですね！！

Excellent food, service and relaxed atmosphere. You can also get a free small bowl of chopped up udon for kids. There is so much good stuff in the menu that we will definitely have to do a few more visits before...

We hebben de fietsroute van Soja aangevat. Om de honger te stillen zijn we hier binnengegaan. Hoewel we geen Japans kunnen, hebben onze keuze kunnen maken. De dame was zeer behulpzaam en geduldig. Voor de extra tempura groenten is er een extra keuze kaart. Ik heb graag lotus wortel en aubergine. Het heeft ons zeer goed gesmaakt. De noedels waren zeer zacht.
