飛行機に乗るまでの待ち時間で 土曜の19時前に入りました。 お店が少ないのもあってか 結構混んでいるなあという印象でした。 Order menu ・鯛のアラ煮 1430yen ・あらかぶ定食 1950yen ・ユズコウジエール 980yen ⬜︎鯛のアラ煮 20分くらいかかるメニューだそうで 頼むのには少し時間の余裕が ある時にした方がいいかなと思いました。 大きなお皿にのせられていて 蓋を開けた瞬間から醤油と砂糖の 香ばしくて甘い 甘醤油の焼き餅を食べる時の香りがしました。 ごぼうとおくらと焼き豆腐 脂がしっかりのっていて 柔らかくあらかぶとは違い しっとりとした食感でした。 他の具材もしっかり味が染みて甘く かなり味濃い系でとっても好みでした。 白ごはんがあったらより 美味しく食べられそうだなと思いました。 ⬜︎あらかぶ定食 こちらもあらかぶの味噌汁が 15分程度かかるそうで 味噌汁とお寿司のセットになっていました。 かなり大きいお椀に入った白味噌の味噌汁で 小ネギなどが入っていました。 味付けとしてはアラ煮とは対照的に 優しめの味付けで落ち着く味でした。 あらかぶはまぁしっかり目で ほくっとした固めな食感が特徴的でした。 寿司はマグロ、エビ、かっぱ巻き、鉄火巻き、 鯛？とはまち？とガリがのっていました。 鯛をもらって食べたましたが かなり身が分厚くて シャクっと弾力と食べ応えがありました。 シャリも大きめなので一つでも 満足感がありました。 長崎では海鮮を食べられていなかったので 最後に食べられて大満足でした。 ご馳走様でした！
