THE GARLIC SHRIMP — Restaurant in Onna

This place looks new, located in Onna just on the left side of 58 if you’re going to Nago. The place is so pink that you can’t miss it! Even their takeaway container is pink inside 😂. There were plenty of picnic tables outside and some inside including a sink to wash hands after eating. Check their garlic shrimp! It’s the bomb! We dont have to go to Kouri now to get garlic shrimp since this place is nearer 😉 It was past lunch time when we went so there were only several patrons that were dining in. We had ours for takeaway though, we got 1 regular shrimp garlic and 1 red/spicy one. The regular size has 7 shrimps while large has 10 shrimp pieces. The staff were very friendly and they cook to order so you get the food fresh and hot. Will surely comeback to try their other garlic...

Found this place on the way to Minna Island and it looked like a good choice so my friend and I stopped on the way back from Minna Island and this place actually had a nice crowd of people at like 3:30pm and they close at 4pm on a Thursday so I knew it had to be good. My friend had the spicy garlic shrimp and she absolutely loved the flavor of it and she said it wasn't to over powering with the spiciness. I needed to drive around to a couple places for souvenirs but also wanted to grab lunch. Saw this cute place was along my route so decided to stop by. It was pouring rain but the friendly and vibrant pink building welcomed me! Inside is small but so cute. The staff wore the cutest shrimp hats and they were so kind, patient, and friendly. I ended up getting their recommended popular original garlic shrimp plate and a Calpis. The food portion was perfect for one person but did not skimp on the shrimp!
