Seabridge — Restaurant in Onomichi

I ordered the Hassaku Orange Pound Cake, the Dark Chocolate Chunk Cookie, and an iced café latte. Everything was simply wonderful.

The pound cake had a soft and airy texture with a light crust on the outside. The small orange pieces added a refreshing citrus note that blended perfectly with the sweetness of the cake. The presentation was lovely, with a sprig of rosemary and candied orange slices on the side. Even though I am not usually a big fan of cakes, this one truly surprised me.

The dark chocolate cookie was the highlight. It was soft, rich, and slightly chewy, melting in the mouth. The touch of white chocolate on top balanced the flavor beautifully and made each bite very satisfying.

The iced café latte was smooth and refreshing with a perfect balance between milk and coffee. It matched the desserts perfectly.

The café itself is beautiful and relaxing, filled with warm wooden furniture and green plants that create a cozy atmosphere. The view of the sea and the surrounding islands is stunning, making it a perfect place to unwind.

The service was friendly and welcoming, and ordering by QR code was simple and convenient.

On a cycling trip and decided to stop over here for lunch. Great pit stop considering it is about 12 km from port landing point.

Affordable lunch set with drinks at about 1500-2000 yen. I had tandoori chicken with apple juice.

Do not expect real Indian - South East Asian level of spice. This is the Japanese style mild spice. Good enough not to upset your stomach as you continue on your cycling journey. :)

Beautiful coffee and food spot with views along the Shimanami Kaido route.

The building is beautiful, with very comfortable interior seating and waterfront views.

Service was quick and coffee was good.

Would definitely recommend as a stop for coffee...
