Nigiri Chojiro — Restaurant in Osaka

Where to start on this phenomenal restaurant well I shall begin by saying it was a recommendation from the local hostel “kanyu orange house youth hostel” The little old loving grandma recommended this place as she said if I want to eat like a local this place is the place to be. As it is not at all a commercialized place but rather a small hole in the wall that specializes in sashimi sushi seafood steak and pretty much all things super freaking delicious. I love this place so much me and my friend Dustin ask the chef what he would recommend and he brought out a bunch of plates that did not disappoint for a full course meal the price was not that bad either ask for a bunch of food that field is to the brim with a bunch of beer it came out to about $120 which is not bad considering a place like this in LA or San Diego would easily rack up the bill to about $300 we got to try up a little bit of everything from wagyu steak to Sashimi of flounder baked and also the innards which we were so pleasantly surprised to find out how delicious they were and delicate I highly recommend this place to any foodie And to any connoisseur of fine seafood. This place gets so full that you can sit down I’m a certain period of time you cannot sit down for more than two hours there at a time because they get so full and you need to make room for the rest of the people that want to get in well worth the reservation and well worth the wait highly recommend this place to anyone with a fine taste in all fine Japanese food legit local kind place! 誕生日だったので、めっちゃ高級寿司は要らないけどいつものカッパ・くらでは無く、行った事無いけど長次郎行ってみようか〜となり、行ってみました。

味はもちろん悪くないですし、おかわりする商品もありました。 が、仕事が杜撰だなぁとは思いました。 カウンターを希望して着席したところ、おしぼりのロゴの向きがこちらを向いていなかったり、お箸とおしぼりの配置が隣の席と逆になってたり、お箸が斜め向いてたり。適当にテーブルセットしてるのが着席した瞬間に丸わかりです。

オーダーする前に同行者の希望でテーブル席に移動を申し出たのですが、案内された席が本当に片付けたの？って思うくらいに、テーブルもタッチパネルも椅子も汚いし、カスターセットに関しては倒れてる。笑

着席したカウンター席もボックス席も、バッシング後のテーブルセットを適当にしかしてないし、両席とも案内する前にテーブルの状態が整ってるか否かの確認がされてないのが丸出し。笑

誕生日だったし、多少の期待値を持って敢えて長次郎を選んだのに、 座った瞬間に、こんな汚いならくら寿司カッパ寿司行った方が綺麗だったなって思いました。

折角味が良くても、まぁ、満足度は半減。

ちなみに、ホタルイカの天ぷらを注文して、1回目はてんつゆが無くて、そのまま食べてから、おいしくておかわりしたら、今度は桜の花が載ってなくて、天つゆは来ました。 残念ながら、厨房の人も配膳の人も気が付かない程度にしか仕事してないんだろうな〜と思ってしまいました。

接客は4,50代くらいのベテラン風の女性は普通に良かったです。 名札に🔰マークの男の子は新人感溢れててぎこちないけど、頑張ってる感じが応援出来る。 メガネのアジア系？の訛り？の女性は、料理提供時に一切料理名を言いません。 厨房の板前服の男性陣はお客さんの目はあんまり見てなさそう。

味が良くてもテーブル汚いし、接客も最悪だったらもう行かないけど、今回は🔰マークの男の子とベテラン女性の接客力が良かったのがギリ救い。
