Pizzeria e trattoria Ciao! — Restaurant in Osaka

Quaint little place, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Osaka. The service was great! Everything we ordered was delicious. My partner is Italian so we eat the cuisine homemade a lot as well as at our favourite restaurants, and this restaurant is on par with our usual faves! We added salt to a few things because it’s our preference, but the flavours were all there for sure. The pizza is the definite star of the show, true Napoli style, so delicious. We came on a Wednesday evening and got in right away with no wait, but I’m not sure about weekends and whether bookings are required....

English: I was really impressed by this pizzeria! The atmosphere is charming: outside there’s a van converted into a pizza oven, and the wooden interiors with Italian decorations create a warm, inviting feel. But the real star is the pizza: the dough is perfectly balanced, soft but never chewy, and cooked perfectly throughout. I had a white pizza, so I can’t comment on the tomato sauce, but the toppings were generous without the excess liquid that can sometimes be found on white pizzas. Prices are very reasonable, especially for simpler pizzas. Highly recommended!

Italiano: Sono rimasto davvero colpito dalla pizzeria! L’ambiente è incantevole: all’esterno c’è un furgoncino trasformato in forno, mentre gli interni in legno con decorazioni italiane creano un’atmosfera calda e accogliente. Ma la vera star è la pizza: l’impasto è perfettamente bilanciato, morbido ma mai gommoso, cotto alla perfezione in ogni suo spessore. Ho provato una pizza bianca, quindi non posso giudicare la salsa di pomodoro, ma gli ingredienti erano abbondanti senza creare quell’eccesso di liquido che a volte si trova nelle pizze bianche. Prezzi molto convenienti, soprattutto per le pizze più semplici. Assolutamente...

This charming pizzeria is a most visit if you are staying near the area. The ambiance of this restaurant is top notch and is the perfect place for your weekend date night. Will defiantly bring my gf on my next visit!

The pizza was among the best I had in Osaka and I highly recommend you to try the 4 cheese pizza 🍕

The dessert and coffee was spot on, combined with khaki fruit it made it was the perfect seasonal twist to end...
