今回は久しぶりに本格的なアジア料理を食べたくなり、最近話題の鹿島台にあるWarung Berkah Jayaさんへ訪問です。

ここは本格的なインドネシア料理が食べられるとインドネシアの友人から聞いていたので、アジアの味を思い出すために週末にお伺いさせて頂きました。

A very pleasant and memorable experience eating at this cozy restaurant. The food was interesting and flavorful. The amount they serve is plentiful for it's value. They also have a shop where I got some interesting sweets and spicy sauce. I felt like this is the type of restaurant I always want to eat out in. I felt warmth in their home cooking and enjoyed learning about another culture. 100% recommend for you...

Went here during the peak obon yasumi, little did we know there were so many Indonesians were in line. In total, we waited for about 2 hours to get in. Just bad timing. But luckily the food were all delicious and felt very authentic. Satay was the highlight! The owner was also kind and friendly. Will...

「ボリューム満点でコスパ最強！！ 知る人ぞ知るインドネシアの本格的な家庭料理が食べられる隠れ家。」 今回は久しぶりに本格的なアジア料理を食べたくなり、最近話題の鹿島台にあるWarung Berkah Jayaさんへ訪問です。 ここは本格的なインドネシア料理が食べられるとインドネシアの友人から聞いていたので、アジアの味を思い出すために週末にお伺いさせて頂きました。 本日注文したのは、BaksoとNasi Padangです。 とある記事で見たのですが、インドネシア発祥の世界一美味しい肉料理ルンダンもこのNasi Padangで味わうことができるということだったので即注文させて頂きました。 味わいは、スパイスのパンチと牛肉のコクが効いてとても美味しいです！！お肉は程よくほぐれ、肉の旨みが口いっぱいに広がります。 生きててよかったと思うくらいの味わい。 世界一美味しいと言われるだけありますね。 そして、よりインドネシア料理を深く味わうためには、サンバルが欠かせません。 店主さんにおすすめして頂いた赤唐辛子と青唐辛子の自家製サンバルをプレートの料理と頂くと、これは辛い。でも、この辛さがまた癖になります。 やはり、自家製のサンバルは市販ものと比べると全然味が違いますね。自家製のサンバル美味すぎます。新鮮なトマトの風味に唐辛子の辛味がマッチしていて料理との組み合わせ最高です。 インドネシア料理は、このサンバルで決まると言っても過言では無いですね。 脳天に突き抜ける辛さがインドネシア流です。 最高に刺激的でまたすぐにでも食べたくなるプレートでした。これは、間違いなくリピ確定です。 「テイクアウトは？」 テイクアウトも可能とのことでしたので、 店内で販売していたBINTANGビールとサテを持ち帰り、ひとり屋台の完成です。 サテを口いっぱいに頬張り、ビールで流し込む。 組み合わせ最高で、これはお酒が進みますね。 至福の時間です。 アジアでバックパッカーをしてた頃を思い出しました。 懐かしい気持ちにさせてくれる料理に感謝です。 「店舗情報は？」 店主さん曰く、不定休なので事前に問い合わせした方が良いとのことでした。 店内も広いのでパーティーなどの予約も可能ということだったので、要相談した方が良さそうです。 食事の他にもインドネシアの調味料やお菓子、ビールなどの販売も行っていたのでそちらでお土産を購入することも可能です！！ 種類豊富で何を買えば分からない場合は、気さくな店主さんに質問すれば親身に答えて頂けるので全然心配なく購入出来ました！！ 購入したスパイスを使って、家でナシゴレン作りたいと思います！！ 「アクセスは？」 鹿島台って遠いのかなって思っていましたが、 意外とアクセスがよく、行きと帰りに計測したところ利府と松島方面から30分ほどで行くことが出来ました。 近いことが分かったのでまたお伺いしたいと思います！！ 居心地のいい雰囲気で本格的なインドネシア料理が食べることができて幸せなひとときでした。
