おやつ工房 牛ちゃん — Restaurant in Oshu

I visited this Service Area on 2024.11.06 to take a break from a long drive. Before this, I already had some Maesawa-gyu and was very impressed by it. I noticed that this simple food stand was selling this brand of beef and was shocked at the ¥1,800 per skewer pricing. Nonetheless, curiosity as a foodie got the better of me, and I purchased one. It was just 3 cubes of beef, spaced with 2 cubes of negi. However, it was magnificient! Charred on the outside and medium on the inside, it was grilled to perfection. The beef was juicy and had a luxurious rich taste, with a surprisingly sweet finish. It was well worth the money, and I purchased a second skewer! Later that night, back in my hotel, the waiter serving us was fluent in English, and also a foodie. We were chatting about Maesawa-gyu and he recommended trying this very negima kushiyaki that I had already eaten. 🔹2025年5月の午後に寄りました。今までも東北道の前沢サービスエリア(下り)で休憩を取るようにしています。

そしてこの売店で「前沢牛串」を食べることも楽しみにしています🤤 せっかくなので『特上前沢牛ねぎ間串』(＠¥1,800税込み)を注文しました。

注文後に店員さんが冷蔵庫からサランラップで一本ずつ包まれていた串を取り出します。 その後、丁寧に焼いた後に塩と胡椒を振って出来上がりです。

2024年7月12日(金)12時45分頃訪問。 前沢牛ねぎ間を購入。 注文してから焼いているのか約5分かかりました。 前沢牛の数だけでいうと一切れ200円(ねぎは除く) 美味しく頂きました。 嫁子はたこ焼きを購入。 タコは小さく、何処にあると舌で探るほどでした。
