あさり家 — Restaurant in Otaru

This is a wonderful spot to eat sushi. The place is small and cozy, with a patio area that has a breathtaking view of the ocean. The owners are very nice and accommodating. The menu was clear to read and understand, and the language barrier was not an issue even though my Japanese was limited.

If you want a huge variety in the menu, then this is not the right place to go, as there are only a few set sushi dishes to order from. However, the food itself...

Just a short walk away from the Asari JR station. The shop owners were accommodating and friendly. When we arrived on a weekend morning, we were the only ones there. Food was prepared within 10 minutes. While waiting, the lady owner showed us the seaside view which was extraordinary. One of the best smoked sushi i have eaten, and will definitely come back next...

普通に予備知識無しでこの場所に飲食店があるなんて到底思いもよらないでしょう……

道内推定航続距離二百万キロは走り巡っている梅四郎をして初めて立ち入った場所です！

国道５号線から日本海側へ降りる道幅が広い北海道にしてはかなり狭い道を暫し走ると踏切を越え、JR朝里駅前に出ると略駅の真ん前にお店が出現！ · ＿＿＿＿＿🌊あさり家🌊＿＿＿

このお店、海際ギリッギリに佇むお店の位置は もろオーシャンビュー それはそんじょそこらの海の家なんかよりもかなりタイトに海際です！

そんな狭地ではありますがそこは北海道、駐車場は店先に何気に３〜４台分あります♪

駐車場に車を停め入店

鑑定！パクっ！

燻製具合は優しめ、旬の鮭も良いが青物好きな梅四郎は鯖の方がより好みですかね〜 燻煙具合ももう少しスモーキーな方が個人的には好み

酢飯も優しめでそういった組み合わせなので総じてさっぱりとした味わいの燻製棒寿司という感じでした。
