小樽市街地から少し離れた、長橋にある地元の老舗寿司店。渋い外観に違わず雰囲気のあるお店です。

豊富なランチメニューの中から、じゃらんセットをオーダーしました。

握り、天丼、お吸い物、茶碗蒸し。最高のビジュアルです。

握りは丁寧、シャリとネタのバランス、ネタの仕込みも良いです。特にコハダ、マグロ、エビが美味しかったです。寿司仕上げた後に天丼いきましたが、コレがまた絶品。タレも美味しいし、天ぷらのネタも抜群。

茶碗蒸しも言うことなし。

あと、お吸い物最高でした。焼いた海老のお頭からいい風味が出て沁みます。
