As stated, View Cafe offers the best view of Otaru. I stopped by on my way to Sapporo. It was a great place to recharge. The coffee was good but it was a little more expensive than other cafes. The view and atmosphere was nice. HOWEVER, the prices are very high. A coffee smaller in size than a seicomart coffee cost ¥550. The coffee was good but for that price you should be getting more volume. The service was friendly...

As stated, View Cafe offers the best view of Otaru. I stopped by on my way to Sapporo. It was a great place to recharge. The coffee was good but it was a little more expensive than other cafes. 曇り空の平日、もうお昼は結構すぎていましたがそれなりに お客さんも入っている人気のカフェのようです。 なんせ、絶景ですからね～( *´艸｀) 南区の景色だけはやたらイイカフェと違って コーヒーが美味しければよいのですが… 残念ながらおなかがそんなに空いていなかったので 自分は軽めにエビとアボカドのトースト。 連れは抹茶とりんごのワッフルを注文。 どちらもドリンクをつけると900円くらい。 ちなみに店内はカレーのいい匂い…(*'ω'*) おなかがすいていたら、カレーとかポークジンジャーとか食べたかった。 お店はそれなりにオシャレ。 トイレは是非行っていただきたい笑 コーヒーは自分好みで美味しかった！ ワッフルが意外と美味しい(*'ω'*) 飽きのこない、水分が奪われにくいタイプのワッフルです笑 エビとアボカドのトーストは… う～ん…。 私はエビが大好きなのですが、一度冷凍した時の エビの生臭さがとてもきらいで、敏感なところがあるので。。。 普通の人はもしかしたら気にならないかもしれない。 チーズ+エビ+アボカドは絶対的に合うので美味しいはずなんですけど～ どちらにしろ、このトーストがドリンクセットで960円は ちょっと高いかな～と思いました。 メニューがわりと豊富なので選べる楽しさはありますが、 スタッフさん忙しそうですし、もっとクオリティの安定したもので 数をしぼったほうがお店として良い印象になりそうです。 良いお店はメニューが少なくても満足を得られますし。 とにかく、南区の景色だけはやたらいいカフェとは違って コーヒーが美味しくて良かったです(*'ω'*) 絶景にあまんじることなく、良いサービスをという意思が感じられます。 ご馳走様でした。
