We came in a group and wanted to eat together because its a family reunion, I asked the server to put the order in the cold place and order not to melt because we are more than 10 persons but she didn’t listen and keep saying please eat , it melted there were 3 persons in the counter and maybe they could do it together to make it faster. Our family love eating ice cream and every ice cream shop we visited we eat together and they put our order in a cold box in order not to melt. We are all disappointed because it melted we feel sad and bad about it and make us all uncomfortable. There are no place to sit and they have this soccer table manual game which made one of our children stuck between the bars and got hurt. We feel sad again we didn’t say anything because we didn’t want to add additional pressure. The shop should be aware of the accidents may happen because children love ice cream and come to the shop and play...
