I would have rated this higher if we hadn’t been ‘conned’ into paying ¥3000 for a single prawn sashimi. Budoh ebi (grape shrimp) is supposed to be high quality, melt in your mouth, rare deep sea prawn only found in these waters. We later found it for ¥800 at Kushiro Washou Market.
