coffee 5 — Restaurant in Saiki

There needs to be 6 stars for this cafe! On my trip to Japan, visiting a Japanese coffee shop was a top priority, as Japan is known for perfecting coffee. Everything about my visit to this cafe was beyond perfect. They had coffee beans from the best regions of the world with varying roasts.

I’ve known really good baristas, but the baristas here are truly experts at the coffee craft! I appreciate their patience in sharing their knowledge and expertise with me. I will not describe the coffee or brewing techniques here. Trust me, you need to experience it.

The same attention to detail the baristas put into the coffee was evident throughout every aspect of the experience. The cafe is placed in a rural corner of the city, next to a beautiful empty field. When you sit at the bar, you enjoy this beautiful view. A tranquil field laid with long grass gently nested by hills covered with tall pine trees. The view lit up the cafe through a large horizontal window like one large living painting.

From the perfect lighting to the barista’s expertise, every detail was perfected to enhance every sip of coffee.

We ordered a pour over with Kilimanjaro Tanzania beans, a cafe au lait with shaved ice and a scoop of ice cream (seasonal) and not pictured...

以前からGoogleの行きたいところにリストアップしててなかなか行けなかったcoffee５さん。　　　　　　　　今日の県南グルメ旅の目的地にして向かいました。 道路からの入口は想像してた景色と違って「あれ?あってる？」ってなりますが、お店の前につくと自然いっぱいの景色が広がる素敵なロケーション🎶　お店の玄関から素敵な雰囲気タップリです。

カウンターの一番奥に座って外を眺めると、大きな窓から日本の原風景みたいなのんびりした景色が一望できます。 眼の前ではオーナーが１杯ずつ真剣にcoffeeに向き合う姿を見られて、贅沢な気分です👍

ブレンドコーヒーをいただきました☕ 美味しい…、温度も苦味も渋みも全体のバランスがすごくいい🤤

贅沢なひとときっていうのはこういう時間なんだろうなあってしみじみ思います🤗

いつ行っても、空気・空間が清々しい。 オシャレなだけでなく静謐と言う言葉が ぴったりくるカフェです。

お客様も大声で話す方もなく ゆっくりと静かな時間を楽しめる そんな雰囲気のお店です。

扉を開けるとコーヒーの芳醇な香りが 鼻腔をくすぐり、そこからこの 美しい世界観に入っていく感じです。

穏やかで優しい店長ご夫婦。 ひとりならカウンターに座って 豆を挽くところ、コーヒーを淹れるところ… 綺麗な所作まで全てが完成された美を演出 しています。

カウンター越しの大きな窓から見える景色も また時間を忘れる癒しになります。

もちろんコーヒーは美味しいし その時々に手作りされたデザートも 楽しみのひとつです。

ご自分の好みの味を探してみるのも 一興ですよね！

コーヒー専門店なので 食事や他の飲み物はありません。 その点だけはご理解して 行かれるのがよろしいかと思います。
