軽井沢に行く途中、沢山の車が停まっているお店が気になった。 それはたまごを特別価格で販売する水曜日の「たまごの日」だったからだと後から知ったが、其処が長野県東部、佐久市の浅科地区の北に浅間山、南に蓼科山を仰ぎ、千曲川を見下ろす小高い山の中腹にある『ブラウンエッグファーム』直営店の『ちゃたまや』だった。 通常営業時間は(月)(木)(金)(土)9:00～19:00 縮小営業の(火)は10:00～16:00で、シュークリーム・ジェラートは数量限定 拡大営業の(水)は08:00～19:00 但し、シュークリーム・ジェラートは09:00から出来上がり次第販売
