Yukimuratei Iwaseten — Restaurant in Sakuragawa

I didn't order the ramen varieties, but I really wanted to eat their Hiyashuchuka, (Cold Ramen) with salad like toppings , but that menu was stopped. So a bit frustrated because it was a hot day yesterday for Sept. 10th, instead I ordered the Fried Chicken 5 piece with small bowl of rice. My husband ordered the 3 piece Chashu ramen with soy sauce soup. We also ordered 2 plates of their special Gyoza 5 pieces each. I was disappointed that the lettuce that comes with the Fried Chicken was one slice, and not even the size of my palm. Plus the Fried Chicken in my opinion was bland, and needed some salt and pepper, or lightly soy sauce poured over it. At least those were at our table space, but the yummiest was their Gyoza, and Ramen varieties, especially the one my husband just ate. So don't just past this restaurant up, the meals are okay, Ramen is delicious, and the Gyoza was worth getting 2nds...

深コク豚骨ラーメンを食べましたが、個人的には味が薄くコクがありませんでした。油をたくさん入れて、コクを出そうとしてるのでしょう。具材もキクラゲやニンニクがガリガリと固いのでもう少し調理した方がいいと感じました。総じて美味しくないラーメンという感想です。豚骨と麺があってないから味噌は違うかもしれません。

ここのラーメンは以前から好きでしたので味には問題なかったのですがサービスの面で一つ不満がありました。 友達と先日行かせてもらいましたが、メニューを決めて店員さんを呼び出すボタンを押しましたが全然来てもらえず、他のテーブルには行くので再度ボタンを押しました、が…再び店員さんが来ない。 店員さんが来ないので帰ろうかと思いましたがそれは流石に失礼だと思いましたのでそれ以降計5回ほど呼び出しボタンを押しましてやっとオーダーを聞きに来てくれました。 店員さんの直接の対応は良かったのですが、それだけに最初の印象が最悪になってしまい残念です。 好きなラーメン屋さんだけに次からは他の店...
