I have read the other reviews and many (Japanese) people use the term “hard” bread when referring to this bakery’s bread, but its not true. It’s “real” or “authentic” bread! It’s supposed to be crispy and crunchy! I am from Germany, and its not easy to find a bakery with real bread in Japan. I cycled all the way from Nishinomiya to try this bakery and I was positively shocked! They have authentic wholemeal bread, Vegetarian food options, different types of pizza etc. I was a little tired out and angry when I arrived there, because they have hid their bakery on the highest mountain in the area. But if you are fit, its a great cycle destination. They have indoor tables and a terrace, so you can relax there and afterwards roll down the mountain again. Even though its in the country-side, if you go there on a public holiday it might get crowded and their bread sold out if you come too late! I’m going there soon again! Thank you for the good...

A hidden gem of Sanda!!! Up in the hills above the city, this bakery is a delight. Worth the journey!

Drinks are delicious! Staff is friendly and attentive to needs.

Perfect destination for a...

Pan Kobo Nora was a delight to find. The pizza was delicious, as was the hojicha latte and the coffee. The environment of the cafe is charming and rustic, and stuff friendly and kind. We bought some bread to take home with us as well. Would love to come back here...
